Our platform allows retailers to purchase wholesale products directly from Athletic Brewing's online store. Once registration is submitted by the retailer and approved, accounts have the ability to view, order, and purchase products directly from our platform.
Athletic Brewing will review all retailer applications, taking into consideration the retailer's business type, location, and current brand/product selection. If approved, a registration email with login information will be sent to the retailer with further instructions.
Our available shipping services are FedEx ground and FedEx Freight. Shipping charges are free for approved accounts.
Athletic brewing may hold a shipment during extremely hot or cold weather to protect the quality of items purchased. These occurrences are most likely during summer months in southwestern states, and winter months in northern states. When we temporarily hold your shipment, we’ll notify you by email. We’ll also post a message on athleticbrewing.com so shoppers know that new orders may be delayed.
Customers can view and order products through our "SHOP BEER" shop listed on the site navigation link. After selecting and adding products to the Shopping Cart, customers can follow instructions guided by the checkout feature.
Orders are fulfilled on a first come, first serve basis from available inventory. Orders are subject to on site staff being available to deliver orders as they will be delivered by either FedEx ground or FedEx freight.
Past orders can be viewed by accessing "My Account" on the top right hand side of our website. You'll be able to view recent orders towards the bottom of the page. Alternatively, "My Orders" can also be selected from the menu.
Account Information can be viewed by accessing "My Account" on the top right hand side of our website. "My Info" can be selected from there.
While we don't foresee any sitting inventory or shelf-life issues, our recommendation is to cycle product as quickly as possible to keep product fresh. We recommend that retailers dispose of any product over 6 months of age that hasn't sold.
Our goal is that all our customers are satisfied with their orders. If your Athletic Brewing items are damaged or do not meet your expectations, please take a picture and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will happily work with you.
Payment options are available through our checkout feature. We offer credit card processing via Stripe secured portal, and Paypal for customer convenience.
We do not offer discounts to encourage just-in-time inventory management and fresh inventory. Our pricing is very competitive and our policy of free shipping adds significant overhead to our overall pricing structure. Regardless, free shipping is a service we wish to provide for convenience for both retailers and end-customers.
Federally and in most states, non-alcoholic beer falls under the same regulatory category of soft drinks. It is not required to pass through the same three-tier distribution model as regular alcoholic beer.
Athletic Brewing has distribution presence in multiple US states through many established distribution partners. Athletic may not accept orders from retailers in states where we currently offer distribution. Additionally, in order to receive uninterrupted service, retailers may be required to migrate to local distribution companies when new agreements are added. Any migration will be communicated with the retailer and assisted by Athletic.
